In this project, concept from an allusive in ancient China called The Carp Jumping Through the Dragon Gate. Using this allusive to understand what is Fashion between China and western.

This allusive means in a specific time, only the little fishes can jump through the dragon gate, then it can become to a real dragon, otherwise, being little fishes as before. However, fewer and fewer fishes can jump through the gate.

So we usually use this allusive to demonstrate people need to like the little fishes to jump through the difficulties in our life. Bravely facing the reality and find potential of ourselves.

The director S of SBS studio said that he wants to stand in opposite position of traditional western fashion to use Chinese thought to think about what is Fashion in China. Like how to combine Chinese cultural with fashion.

It hopes that one day we can like the little fishes to jump through the gate to find our fashion.
